In this day and age of scammers, these guys are the real deal and most importantly, they are trustworthy. Traveling fans who come in are normally coming from overseas spending funds they have saved for many a month and to lose it to scammers is truly heartbreaking. It is honestly comforting to know that there are some genuinely trustworthy people and companies out there. These is a supplier I will gladly use again with confidence and recommendation with full confidence as well. Great seats and view from the upper west stand at Stamford Bridge. We missed the first 10 minutes of the game. Tried to purchase 3 tickets yesterday, entered my info and my card number, and when I made the final click to pay, it just sent me to the home page without any error/ success message. Bought the tickets a couple of hours before kick off and the support team were very helpful in making sure I could access the tickets without any problems. The service has always been excellent and the tickets at least as good as the category I originally purchased. They are not always the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for.

The day before the event I had to contact the company to see where my tickets were. Soon after I shortly received an email advising the tickets need to be picked up from a guy who would meet me at a Cafe in Liverpool. This made me worry that I had been scammed. So I started researching the company and came across all these NEGATIVE reviews. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS as it resulted in a very sleepless night for me. I was also worried that the 11 year old and 14 year old would not be sitting with me so I texted the contact direct who confirmed via what's app that the tickets were all seated together.
I am going to purchase a ticket for the barca-man city from footballticketnet. Is the e-ticket sent immediately after i pay the fees? And is the e-ticket enough for entering he match in camp nou? I am travelling from another continent to see that match, and will most probably be arriving at barcelona on the match day.

They called us a few days before the game and told us that they had a glitch on they website and that they needed to cancel our tickets. And now - because Corona the match was canceled, and this seller refuses a refund. I am very disappointed and sad, because this is not a little money for our family, and unfortunately i don't know how I will be next year... 1 star because of the lack of information about the delivery of the ticket. However when we tried to get in the stadium 2 of the tickets were for a different stand to what I was told. There will be always people who will write about them bad things - but they are a legit site.
Overall the experience went brilliantly for me, but I wouldn't necessarily do it again for the risk of the anxiety of being one of the unlucky ones. If livefootballtickets can iron out these situations/provide absolute clarity on their refund policy in such situations, I would be more likely to return. I cannot stress enough not to use this company, there's a good chance you'll lose out. I chose it because the prices with the same conditions on the other sites were a bit cheaper. There was a little anxiety with the delivery of tickets. Tickets were not delivered by mail 5 days before the match and I had to contact to a team. Good communication decided all questions. I enjoyed the game and maybe I will use site service again.
Has arrived and in in my phone good to go. Thankfully it was, great service, they were fast to respond and I got my tickets in the same date, or even one day before. I had a really great experience with the service.
