For a different game, at Wembley, I was told to meet someone at the stadium - they arrived late and the "ticket" had already been used so I could not get in. These are "once in a lifetime memories" destroyed by unreliability, delayed delivery and promising things they don't have. The day before the event I had to contact the company to see where my tickets were. Soon after I shortly received an email advising the tickets need to be picked up from a guy who would meet me at a Cafe in Liverpool. This made me worry that I had been scammed.
